厘清农村集体经济发展对农民收入的影响机制,定量分析农村集体经济发展对农民收入的影响效果,对于农村经济的高质量发展和农民的全面福祉提升具有重要的意义。基于2015—2022年面板数据,运用熵值法对山西省农村集体经济发展水平进行了测度,利用双向固定效应模型,探析山西省农村集体经济发展水平对农民收入的具体影响。研究表明:山西省农村集体经济对农民收入具有促进正向作用,尤其对农民的工资性收入、家庭经营净收入和转移净收入有显著促进作用;随着地区城镇化水平、产业结构和人力资本水平的提升,会显著提升农村集体经济发展促进农民增收的效果。对此,提出以下建议:一是跨域联动发展集体经济,构建合作共赢新范式;二是创新农村集体经济发展,增加农民财产性收入;三是促进多要素协同提升,助力集体经济与农民增收。

Clarifying the influence mechanism of rural collective economic development on farmers' income and quantitatively analyzing the impact effect of rural collective economic development on farmers' income are of great significance for the high-quality development of the rural economy and the overall well-being improvement of farmers. With the panel data from 2015 to 2022, we measure the development level of rural collective economy in Shanxi Province by using the entropy method and explore the specific impact of the development level of rural collective economy in Shanxi Province on farmers' income by using the bidirectional fixed effect model. The result shows that the rural collective economy in Shanxi Province has a positive promoting effect on farmers' income, especially significantly promoting farmers' wage income, net income from family operations and net transfer income. With the improvement of regional urbanization level, industrial structure and human capital level, the effect of promoting increases in farmers' income through the development of rural collective economy will be significantly enhanced. Therefore, we puts forward the following suggestions: Firstly, develop the collective economy through cross-domain linkage and build a new model of win-win cooperation; Secondly, innovate the development of rural collective economy and increase farmers' property income; Thirdly, promote the coordinated improvement of multiple elements to assist the collective economy and increase farmers' income.
